Hello SWAT players and families!
All-level Junior and U17 SWAT player off-season training
I hope everyone enjoyed their Holiday break and hope the off-season is treating them well. Kacey Marcinkiw, our SWAT Athletic Therapist is running off-season strength and conditioning programs from now until March. If you would like to take your game to the next level, go into the season at peak performance, and reduce your risk of injuries please take a moment and read the following information below.
Focusing on:
- Speed Development
- Strength Training
- Power Progression
- Core Stability
- Functional Mobility
Facilities:
- Training is located at Ignite Athletics, across from Kinsmen Arena. A world-class training facility that entails three different zones for training.
- The turf area allows us to work on speed development, lateral movement, and overspeed training.
- Private training area for weight base and Keiser training.
Training Period:
- Training begins in January and continues until March. Sessions are Tuesday and Thursday.
- Sessions are 75 minutes in length. Our cost for the month is $180.00+tax/month (roughly $20/session)
- When Kacey is unable to attend, Josh will cover and be the coach for him.
